Do you make closures to our own design?
Yes. We review your product’s specifications and produce closures to your requirement — for when a standard part does not fit your container or your contents.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the closure and whether tooling already exists. Standard items run from stock tooling at modest volumes; a fully custom part carries a tooling stage first. Tell us the annual volume and we will be specific.
How long does a custom project take?
It depends on whether a suitable mould already exists. Standard items move quickly; a new design needs a development stage first. We give you a dated plan at the start rather than a single number.
Can you match our existing container?
Yes. Send a sample container or its drawing. We measure the neck finish ourselves rather than relying on the nominal size, because that is where most sealing problems begin.
Which materials can you work with?
Polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). The choice depends on your product — its chemistry, how it is stored and how the pack will be used.
Can you supply continuously, in bulk?
Yes. We work with factories that need a steady supply of closures, and plan production around your order volumes. Tell us your monthly or annual quantity.
